About the course

Take some ‘time out’ to decompress with us at Seacourt. This session begins with a relaxing twenty minute guided mindfulness meditation on nature. You’ll be guided through mono printing processes using plants and botanicals to create unique prints.

This method of direct printing improves wellbeing while harnessing your creativity to lift your mood. The magic comes when the blankets on the press are pulled back and you see the results!

Suitable for beginners.
