This series of prints is a tribute to those innovative and ingenious people who have shaped the modern world.
An accidental spill of chemicals lead chemist Patsy Sherman and colleague Sam Smith into creating a new stain repellent for fabrics. Scotchgard™ as it was named by Sherman’s employer, 3M, went on to earn over $300 million annually.
Technique: Digital prints on archival pigment and paper.
Dimensions: Print size is 150x150mm loose fitted to a 200x200mm mount.
